Începeți cu un mic serviciu
Acesta a fost momentul în care am început compania noastră. Nu aveam idee cât de departe vom ajunge, nici măcar nu eram siguri că vom putea supraviețui câțiva ani. Ceea ce ne-a determinat să înființăm compania a fost înțelegerea că putem oferi un serviciu pe care nimeni altcineva nu îl oferă.

Primul Angajat
Aceasta a fost prima perioadă în care BizCons a simțit de fapt că va rămâne o perioadă. Ne-am dat seama că devenim mai stabili și ne expansăm în același timp. Aveam nevoie de un birou nou, deoarece îl depășisese mult pe ultimul. Am început să cautăm o nouă locație.

We started out small, with just a few people and a small office, but today we have offices in multiple countries with hundreds of people working inside them.
We achieved our success because of how successfully we integrate with our clients. One complaint many people have about consultants is that they can be disruptive. Employees fear outside consultants coming in and destroying the workflow. Our clients face no such issues.
